You will be dealing directly with us as we take active non-executive positions. We don’t use Chairmen to represent us. “What you see is what you get”. We remain with you for the duration of our joint journey. We are close to our business’s which facilitates quick and efficient decision making.

Strategic and operational expertise

We have over 30 years of experience which allows us to share best practices for the benefit of the business. Many in our team have consultancy or line management experience, and we’ll work closely with you and your team, providing hands-on support to allow us to implement plans better and faster.

Pragmatic and direct

We take a pragmatic approach to transaction and business issues and communicate openly and clearly. Pre-transaction assessment is done in-house, allowing us to quickly form a view and not be dependent on – or have to wait for – outside advisors
