H2 Equity Partners (“H2”) is pleased to announce its investment in Safety Shield Global (“Safety Shield”) in partnership with the management team.

Founded in 2018, Safety Shield is the market leader of AI human form recognition systems, supporting software solutions and data capture for plant machinery.

Safety Shield works directly with a global base of OEMs, contractors, plant hire companies and end-customers to help them deliver higher safety standards across a range of end-sectors including infrastructure, energy, construction and industrials.

Following H2’s investment, the management team of Jonathan Guest and Paul Westmacott will continue to lead the business and work closely with H2 to deliver Safety Shield’s ambitious growth strategy. The strategy focuses on accelerated sales expansion and the continued investment in Safety Shield’s market leading AI solutions to help improve safety standards for its customers.
