Richard joined H2 in 2011 and is involved in all aspects of deal flow at H2 including deal sourcing, evaluation and working alongside the management teams of portfolio companies to support the strategic growth objectives of each business. Richard is currently involved with Core Highways, Dales Marine and Buttress Group and MIS. He was previously involved with H2’s investment in Healthcare 21 and Eurocell.

Richard graduated with a Bsc (Hons) in Medical Sciences from Imperial College London and is an ACA with the ICAEW. He is married with two young sons. His interests include travelling, winter sports, rugby and baking.
