Simon joined to help establish H2 in the UK in early 2011 and is responsible for helping to manage and develop H2’s business, working on new investment opportunities and with existing portfolio businesses. Simon has broad experience having previously worked in operational roles and subsequently on a wide range of Boards in UK B2B businesses helping support their strategic development and growth plans.

Before joining H2, he was a Partner at a hands-on UK investor in both public and private companies. Simon was interim CEO of a financial services business as it recovered from a loss-making position, on the board of a Support Services business and involved across a range of other sectors.

Previously Simon worked in industry, where he had a range of operational and general management roles within the in-house M&A function.

Simon completed an MBA and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics & Spanish from Bristol University.

He is married to Vix with two children. He enjoys travelling and is still a keen cricket and football player.
