In October 2025, The Coach Travel Group (“CTG”) completed the carve-out of four unscheduled coach operators from Mobico Plc: Lucketts Travel, Worthing Coaches, Clarkes of London and The Kings Ferry. Collectively these operators add significant presence in the South East of the UK, complementing CTG’s existing operations, and bring further management and system capability.

These acquisitions also add further scale to CTG, which now generates over £120 million revenue, and support its strategy of becoming a truly unique national operator with a best-in-class service offering for its customers. Since it was first established in June 2024, CTG has acquired six additional operators, with these four following Horseman Coaches and Stewarts Coaches, which joined CTG in December 2024.
