Luke joined in 2023 and is responsible for both investing and supporting portfolio companies. This ranges from deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution through to supporting management teams in implementing growth strategies, as well as exiting investments.

Prior to joining H2, Luke spent five years at another private equity firm, where he predominantly invested into the service and technology sectors alongside both founders and management teams. Prior to this Luke worked for four years at one of the leading professional services firms in the UK.

Luke is currently involved in H2’s investments in MIS Healthcare.

Luke graduated from The University of Manchester with a Master’s in Chemical Engineering and is a chartered accountant with the ICAEW.

Outside of work Luke enjoys cycling, cooking, listening to podcasts and taking holidays off the beaten track with over 55 countries visited and counting.
