H2 EQUITY PARTNERS ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF RAM TRACKING

H2 Equity Partners (“H2”) is pleased to announce its investment in RAM Tracking (“RAM”) alongside the company founder and management team.

Headquartered in Leeds, RAM is a market-leading telematics business with operations in the UK and Canada. Its unique and innovative SaaS proposition provides its predominantly SME client-base with a wealth of valuable data and reporting to help manage their fleets more efficiently. The business has grown significantly in recent years and today has over 85,000 vehicle tracking devices and cameras installed under multi-year contracts, with payment taken via monthly direct-debit.

Following H2’s investment, the founder and former owner of RAM Tracking, Chris McClellan, will remain involved as a significant shareholder and non-executive director. Management, led by Nick McClellan, Scott Chesworth and Anders Liljendahl, will work closely with H2 to deliver RAM’s ambitious growth strategy and ensure it continues to provide excellent service and innovation to its client-base.
