In December 2023, Global Vans completed the acquisition of XLCR Vehicle Management (“XLCR”), a UK-based SME focused broker specialising in Light Commercial Vehicles and Business Cars, delivering over 2,500 units annually.

The acquisition of XLCR further cements Global Vans as the leading SME LCV broker in the UK. The acquisition of XLCR will increase the volume of deliveries to over 8,000 annually which collectively generates over £100 million in gross sales.
